Hello Ladies, As we approach my favorite season, fall, I'm excited to kick off our brunch group with a meaningful discussion about boundaries! I know setting them can be challenging for many of us, myself included. Fall brings a fresh perspective, so what better time to start prioritizing ourselves and establishing new boundaries? My amazing clients often remind me of the importance of this, and I remind them as well. Let's embark on this journey together and hold each other accountable. That's why I'm inviting you all to a light brunch where we'll learn new tips for creating healthy boundaries in our lives, hosted by yours truly and led by my favorite life/relationship coach, Miss Cox!
