Cancellation Policy

Please note: (IF FOR ANY REASON U CANT PAY A DEPOSIT, PLEASE CALL TO SCHEDULE) If you are unable to make your appointment, your deposit will be applied to another day of your choice (with the proper communication) If you no call no show you will lose your deposit. You will receive a confirmation text at least 2 hours BEFORE your appointment, if you do not respond with a CONFIRM or CANCEL response, your appointment will automatically be cancelled. We ask for at least a 2-hour cancellation notice before your scheduled appointment. (You may email, call, or send a text) Also, if you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled. *Please note if a deposit was not made at the time of your appt and you don't confirm within 60 minutes of your confirmation call or text your appointment will be cancelled. As a deposit is required for confirmed appointments.
