Cancellation Policy

You will receive a confirmation text at least 3 hours BEFORE your appointment, if you do not respond with a CONFIRM or CANCEL response, your appointment will automatically be cancelled. We ask for at least a 2-hour cancellation notice before your scheduled appointment. (You may email, call, or send a text) Also, if you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled.
